Experience Measurement System Design
The experience measurement project is initiated by the UED team. We hope to provide businesses and products with more dimensions to monitor the user experience and quantitatively evaluate the value of the user experience in addition to business data indicators by understanding the user's cognition, attitude and behavior, so as to make priority judgment for subsequent iterations.

RESPONSIBILITY
As the main person in charge of the project, I mainly led four small partners to build the experience measurement system of HEMA.
I am not only responsible for the delivery and analysis of the survey questionnaire, but also responsible for the interaction design of APP experience optimization requirements. As a product manager of platform construction, I also need to be responsible for the interaction design of the platform.
