VAT Invoice System Design for Benlai
Benlai life provides B-end services, mainly supply products for small retail stores in the community. After discussion, we decided that VAT Invoice Service would be added to C-end's App. The project was the first one I took charge of after I turned into a product manager.

RESPONSIBILITY
Because it is a new type of service, there is no case for reference. Therefore, I focused on analyzing users' behavior. Investigating the invoicing process of online and offline, then turned it into online process. Finally I needed to use visual tools, like Swim-lane to sort out the logic, output interaction flow and high-fi demo.
